Goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please note you must first contact me by email for return instructions. All items are checked before dispatch. If upon receipt you find that your item is faulty or not as described, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item via e-mail.
