Delivery Schedule
Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
Return policy
Any item purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. Please note you must first contact me by email for return instructions. All items are checked before dispatch. If upon receipt you find that your item is faulty or not as described, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item via e-mail. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

Essentially, this means this site is secure and your credit/debit card details can not be obtained by anybody else.
