Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please note: Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, free from stains, marks, odours, or any signs of use, and with all original packaging and labels intact. Items that are not returned in a resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Include your order number and a note of item(s) you would like to exchange for if applicable.
Please retain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds or Exchanges may take up to 5-7 working days to process.
If you are returning goods from outside of the UK, please clearly state that the item is a return. We are not liable for any customs or VAT charges, and you will be responsible to pay if these charges are made.
If you find something is faulty or not as described, please send an email immediately to sales@jasminesilk.com so we can investigate without delay.
